Kenneth W. Fedewa

PAINESVILLE, TWP. – Kenneth W. “Ken” Fedewa, age 47, of Painesville Township, died suddenly Dec. 31, 2017, at his home.

Born Dec. 4, 1970, in Flint, Mich., he has been in the area for 35 years.

Ken was a gentle giant. He loved children and animals. He was a great practical jokester and had a quick and witty personality.

He was an avid Michigan fan and lived in a “house divided” with the love of his life, Natalie, an Ohio State fan.

Ken worked in the parts department for Preston Ford in Burton.

Survivors include his fiancé, Natalie Lesko, of Painesville Township, and daughter, Marissa; parents, Wayne (Susie) Fedewa, of Davison, Mich., Judy Egan, of Rose City, Mich., and John Egan, of Chardon; and siblings, Saundra (Dave) Rose, Holly (Jim) Brooks, Craig Fedewa, Kim (Joe) Ploof and Pam (Herb) Rodriguez. He also leaves many adored nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon, with a funeral service following at 6 p.m.

Private family burial will be held.

The family suggests donations to the Humane Society.
