BURTON TWP. – Jean A. (nee Erb) Kotrlik, of Burton Township, died Nov. 29, 2015, at Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg Township. She was 81.
Born July 11, 1934, in Bainbridge Township, she has been a lifelong area resident.
Jean was a cook and baker for the former Chardon Lakes Inn and Chardon Springs restaurant.
She enjoyed cooking and baking, crocheting and doing crafts at the Geauga County Senior Center.
Jean is survived by her children Frank (Janet), of Leroy Township, Robert, of Burton Township, and Jean M. (Emery) Edger, of Severville, Tenn.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased in death by her parents, John and Louise (nee Dietrich) Erb; husband of 59 years, Frank Charles Kotrlik, who died April 12, 2011; and daughter Roseann Lehman.
Graveside services were held at Welton Cemetery.
