Zada Lois Hauser, age 85, peacefully passed away on Sept. 25, 2023.
She was born June 14, 1938, to Lee and Beulah (nee Perkins) Mullins, in Rosedale, W. Va. Zada was the eldest of eleven brothers and sisters.
Zada married Frank E. Hauser 67 years ago on May 5, 1955.
She enjoyed baking and her church community. Most of all, she loved her family, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandbabies brought her the greatest joy.
Zada is survived by her husband, Frank E. Hauser; children Lori Callow, of Montville Township, Rick (Kim) Hauser, of Gahanna, Ohio, Scott (Laura) Hauser, of Pickerington, Ohio; grandchildren, Michael Callow, Riana (Jesse Webb) Fry, Brandy Fry, Kenneth Callow, Jackson Hauser, Josh Wissman and Abby Wissman; great-grandchildren, Zayden Gartin, Thomas Webb, Connor Callow and Cayden Callow; sisters, Helen King, of Windham, and Linda (Jack) Switzer, of Orwell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Dwayne Allen Hauser; daughter Karen Fry; son-in-law, Tom Fry; and nine siblings.
A visitation for friends and family will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the North Chardon Cemetery.
