Sara (Sally) P. Donaldson passed away in her home Aug. 8, 2022, with her family. She was raised in Lakewood and kept many childhood friends that she loved.
Sally was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in 2015. She received treatment over this time and amazed her doctor with her own research of the disease. She had a very positive outlook and was going to make every day the best of days.
Sally’s favorite moments were spent with her children. She was so proud watching David with his tree business. She was even able to take a trip with Katelyn out west, seeing Zion National Park and many beautiful sights.
She also loved going to the beach with her brother and family. She enjoyed taking walks in the metroparks, capturing the most beautiful photos of nature.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Corinne Donaldson; brother Tom (Stephanie).
Sally will be missed by her children, David Luther and Katelyn Luther; brother Dr. Jim (Jill) Donaldson, with Corey and Alyssa; ex-husband, Barry Luther; along with many family and friends.
There will be a private Celebration of Life.
