NEWBURY TWP. – Michael F. Walsh, age 77, of Newbury Township, died July 5, 2022, at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights.
He was born to Francis and Delores (nee Brzytwa) Walsh, in Cambridge, Mass., on June 4, 1945.
Michael owned and operated Professional Multimedia for over 30 years, and also had worked for the Cuyahoga County Coroner’s Office as a photographer.
He had so many interests and talents that it’s hard to list them all. He enjoyed being with his family, golfing, woodworking, machining, auto repair and restoration, jewelry-making and traveling. He was a private pilot for almost 60 years.
Michael is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Mary (nee Vimislicky); sons Patrick (Sherri), Sean (Janine) and Andrew (Amy); and brothers Daniel, Vincent and Mark.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son Timothy; and brother Kevin.
He was grandfather to Shannon, Liam, Matthew, Joseph, Claudia and Evelyn.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 12, 2022, from 7-9 p.m., at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon.
Catholic memorial mass will be Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 11 a.m., at St. Helen Catholic Church, 12060 Kinsman Road, Newbury.
