Tanya M. MisterkaWINDSOR – Tanya M. Misterka, 43, of Windsor, passed away unexpectedly June 2, 2016.

She was born in Claridon Township, on Jan. 25, 1973, to Edward and Pamela (nee Brack) Misterka.

Tanya graduated in 1991 from Cardinal High School, where she was a cheerleader and a track participant.

She furthered her education by attending Hiram College for three years, before receiving her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.

Tanya loved animals, especially her cats and dogs. She was also active in the Cleveland Chapter of AA. She volunteered as a counselor and sponsor to others, and even conducted routine visits to women’s prisons.

Tanya had a huge heart and was loved by everyone she met. She especially enjoyed spending time with the love of her life, Tony Fuduric, and her children, Olivia and Alex.

Tanya will be missed by her mother, Pamela Misterka; father, Edward Misterka; fiancee, Tony Fuduric; children, Olivia Misterka and Alex Ely; brother, Scott (Ann) Misterka; sister, Stacey (Mark) Shaver; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A private gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made in Tanya’s honor to either Geauga County Humane Society’s Rescue Village, 15463 Chillicothe Road, Novelty, OH 44072 or to Road to Hope, 158 Irondale St., Elyria, OH 44035.
