HAMBDEN TWP. – Darla Wendolowski (nee Gess), age 69, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021, after a brief battle with cancer. She was a longtime resident of Hambden Township.
Darla enjoyed fishing, hiking, geocaching and cooking with fresh ingredients straight from her family gardens. She will also be remembered for her many collections and love of decorating for the Christmas season.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Wendolowski; daughter, Laura Wendolowski; mother, Jean (nee Short) Egbert; brother, Ray Gess; sister, Linda (nee Gess) Gacnik; brother, Ken Egbert; and many extended family members.
No services will be held at this time.
