Eleanor R. Novotny (nee Kabicek), beloved wife of James F. Sr. for 72 years, passed away peacefully on Dec. 20, 2020, at the age of 90.
Eleanor was born Feb. 1, 1930, to Frank and Mary (nee Barta) Kabicek.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed.
Eleanor is survived by husband, James; children, Katherine Briggs, James F. Novotny Jr. (Deborah) and Paula Siller (Bruce); grandchildren, Kelsey (Joel) Algeri, Krissy Novotny, Kimberly (Dave) Fleming, Karen (Sean) Fogle, Brian (Shannon) Siller, Julie (Jason) Brand, Sarah (Frank) Horbay, Jason (Lori) Briggs; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Preceding Eleanor in death are her parents; five sisters; and four brothers.
All services are private.
A celebration of Eleanor’s life will be held at a later date.
